Admissions

ADMISSIONS

A first conversation.
A clearer next step.

Choosing a preschool comes with questions. Begin with your child’s age, your family’s needs and what you want to understand before visiting.

01

Tell us about your child

Share the age group, programme of interest and preferred way to speak. Keep sensitive medical documents for the secure admission process.

02

Explore the fit

Discuss language, settling, care needs, programme availability and confirmed timings.

03

Visit and ask

When visits are available, see the actual environment and ask about learning and care in practice.

04

Review before deciding

Request the written fee schedule, inclusions, withdrawal terms and required documents before making a payment.

Bring your questions.

  • Who will work with my child each day?
  • What happens when a child is upset or needs help?
  • How will collection and communication work?
  • How do educators observe and share learning?
  • What is included in the full payable amount?

The website does not take payments, reserve a place or submit an application. Programme availability and visit arrangements are confirmed by the team.

A TWO-WAY CONVERSATION

Help us understand your child.

What to share initially

Tell us your child’s age, the programme you are considering, home languages and preferred start period. Describe interests and any immediate questions. Detailed medical or identity documents are not needed in a first WhatsApp message.

What to ask during a visit

Discuss the learning approach, daily routine, settling support, staffing, communication and care arrangements. Confirm which parts of the offer are ready and which are still being developed.

Before accepting a place

Request the written fee schedule, payment dates, refund and withdrawal terms, session timings, calendar and personal-care arrangements. Check the approved collection process and the route for raising a concern.

Preparing for the first days

Agree a settling plan and a familiar goodbye routine. Share what comforts your child and what helps them communicate. A successful beginning is a partnership, not a test of how quickly a child separates.

YOUR QUESTIONS, THOUGHTFULLY ANSWERED

Useful to know.

Is there an admission test?

A formal competitive test is not proposed. A family conversation helps the team understand suitability, placement and support needs.

What documents will be needed?

A child’s age or birth record, parent or guardian identification, contact information, medical and emergency details, and collection permissions are typical planning requirements. Request the final list and provide sensitive records securely.

When does the academic year begin?

June to April is the proposed academic year, with the main intake in June. Opening and intake availability must be confirmed.

Are trial sessions guaranteed?

No trial-session offer is confirmed. Ask about any available orientation or familiarisation options.

Are sibling discounts available?

A sibling concession is being considered. Request the current approved fee schedule rather than relying on an assumed discount.

What are the refund and withdrawal terms?

Obtain the current written policy before payment. Notice periods, refundable components and cancellations must be explained explicitly.

Can I pay or reserve a place online?

This website does not take payments or reserve places. Confirm the authorised payment channel and receive an official receipt.

Will WhatsApp create an admission record?

No. The button opens your messaging app. A formal application and admission confirmation are separate steps.

What happens if my child is unwell?

Ask for the written illness and return-to-centre policy. Keep the team informed and avoid bringing an unwell child until the applicable guidance is met.

Can someone call me back?

Send your preferred callback time through WhatsApp. A callback is arranged by the team and is not automatically scheduled by this website.

Before you enquire

Which preschool age groups can enquire?

Proposed entry bands start at age 2 for Playgroup, 3 for Nursery, 4 for Junior KG and 5 for Senior KG. Age is referenced to 1 June and placement is discussed individually.

Does my child need to be toilet trained?

Toilet independence is not proposed as a Playgroup entry condition. Discuss available assistance and your child’s care needs before admission.

What are the preschool fees?

Request the current written fee schedule, total payable amount, inclusions and withdrawal terms before payment. Final prices are not confirmed on this website.

Is school transport available?

Transport is not included in the proposed launch model. Confirm any later service directly with the team.

Can my child join during the year?

Mid-year admission is proposed subject to programme availability and a suitable placement discussion.

PRESCHOOL OR DAYCARE?

Make the enquiry useful from the start.

01

Tell us what you need

Share age, programme interest and intended start period. For daycare, add your required days and hours.

02

Visit and compare

Ask to see the actual spaces and understand educator support, care routines and collection arrangements.

03

Confirm in writing

Request eligibility, availability, fees, inclusions and the required documents. Review the arrangement before accepting a place.

LET’S BEGIN
