CARE WITH ACCOUNTABILITY
Every child deserves to feel safe and heard.
This page explains the child wellbeing principles guiding the preschool plan and the questions families should ask before joining.

EVERYDAY CARE
Safety belongs in ordinary routines.
Respectful relationships
The intended approach is calm, respectful guidance. Humiliation, frightening threats and physical punishment have no place in the educational values described here.
Arrival and collection
Families should agree who may collect a child, how identity is checked and how changes are communicated. Ask for the actual collection procedure before the first day.
Personal care and privacy
Toileting, changing and comfort should be handled with dignity, suitable supervision and clear communication with families. The agreed care plan should reflect the child’s needs and the setting’s capabilities.
Photographs and communication
Children’s details and images require careful handling. Discuss consent, the purpose of any image use and how to change your preferences. Website illustrations are not photographs of enrolled pupils.
IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN
Raise it privately and promptly.
Make contact
Call +91 76048 74233 and ask for the person responsible for the concern. State whether it relates to care, conduct, collection, learning or communication, so it can be routed appropriately.
Share essential facts
Explain what happened, when it happened, who was involved and any immediate needs. Avoid circulating a child’s personal information through public posts or group discussions.
Agree follow-up
Ask who will respond, how the concern will be recorded and what next step is expected. If the concern relates to a staff member, ask to speak with the responsible school leader rather than only the person involved.
Immediate danger
This website and its enquiry channels are not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, use the appropriate local emergency or child-protection services.
Before opening
Operational procedures, named safeguarding responsibilities, staff checks, emergency arrangements and reporting routes need to be documented and shared before children attend. This public overview does not establish that those systems are already implemented.
QUESTIONS FAMILIES ASK
A little more clarity.
Who is the named safeguarding lead?
A named appointment has not been provided for publication. Ask the team for the responsible person and reporting procedure before enrolment.
Can I report a concern through a public comment?
Use a private conversation with the responsible team member. Public comments may expose a child’s information and are not a suitable route for urgent concerns.
