We aim to make the preschool website understandable and usable across common devices and different ways of browsing.

DESIGN INTENTIONS

Clear routes and readable information.

Responsive pages

The theme is designed for phones, tablets and larger screens, with layouts that rearrange as space changes. Text and controls should remain usable without relying on hover.

Keyboard and focus

Links, buttons, menu controls and activity filters should be reachable using a keyboard. Visible focus styles help show the current control. The homepage slider includes previous, next and pause controls.

Motion and images

The slider accounts for a reduced-motion preference, and images include descriptive alternative text where useful. Decorative social icons have accessible link names.

Reading and resources

Headings and plain-language explanations help structure the information. Printable PDFs may require a PDF viewer; some visual activity sheets may need an adult to describe or adapt them.
