TRICEF International Preschool brings that perspective to Padappai: thoughtful early learning, close to home, with room for each child’s language, temperament and pace.
Our aim is not to make childhood a race. It is to build a foundation that makes the next step feel possible.

For a child who speaks Tamil at home, a new English-speaking environment should begin with reassurance, not silence. We intend to use English-rich experiences with Tamil support so children can participate while confidence grows.
Stories, nature, everyday objects and family experiences can connect learning to the world children already know. An international outlook should expand that world without asking them to leave it behind.

Twinkle
Founder · MBA Graduate
Twinkle brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and an understanding of child psychology to her role as Founder of TRICEF International Preschool. Her work with young children informs a simple belief: a child learns best when they feel secure, understood and encouraged to explore.
Her vision for TRICEF is a welcoming preschool where purposeful play, caring relationships and respect for each child’s pace shape the learning experience. She places particular emphasis on confidence, communication, emotional wellbeing and a close partnership with parents.
Prince Ebinezar
Technology Advisor
Prince Ebinezar combines more than 18 years of experience in technology, training and education with a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an M.Sc. in Psychology. His training work spans more than 150 institutions, bringing together technical learning, communication and employability skills.
As President of TRICEF, his community work focuses on widening access to education and opportunity. As Technology Advisor to the preschool, his focus is on practical systems that support educators, make communication with families easier and help the school operate thoughtfully. His approach keeps caring human relationships at the centre of the preschool experience.

Are you part of EuroKids?
No EuroKids relationship is represented here. TRICEF uses its own name, content, design and original activity materials.
Who will lead the centre?
Twinkle, an MBA graduate with more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and child psychology, is the Founder. Prince Ebinezar is the Technology Advisor. Classroom educator appointments and responsibilities will be confirmed separately.

TRICEF International Preschool is shaped by Founder Twinkle’s more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Her direction places a child’s confidence, communication and emotional wellbeing alongside their developing knowledge and skills.
That purpose is practical: a child should have opportunities to ask, explore, make mistakes and try again, with adults who pay attention to the person behind the activity.
