PARTNER WITH TRICEF

A preschool is a business.
And a responsibility.

We want to speak with partners who care about both: building a well-run centre and creating a thoughtful daily experience for children and families.

Start with the right questions.

Do you want to lead locally?

The proposed partnership is designed for owners who will actively oversee people, standards and parent relationships.

Is there a genuine local need?

Understand the neighbourhood, family expectations, access, existing provision and realistic demand.

Can the model work responsibly?

Assess staffing, premises, resources and working capital before relying on enrolment or revenue assumptions.

A CLEAR DISCUSSION BEFORE A COMMITMENT

How a partnership conversation could progress.

01

An introduction

Share your location, experience, goals and proposed involvement.

02

A closer look

Discuss premises suitability, local demand and the operating model.

03

A costed proposal

Review defined support, responsibilities, costs and commercial terms.

04

Readiness before launch

Complete agreement review, setup, staffing and centre checks before opening.

Support that needs a clear scope.

Setting up

  • Brand and centre standards
  • Premises and layout guidance
  • Programme and resource planning

Preparing people

  • Educator induction
  • Operating templates
  • Admissions and communication guidance

Maintaining quality

  • Academic review arrangements
  • Continuing training
  • Documented improvement planning

These are proposed support areas. Exact deliverables, frequency, charges and responsibilities must be specified in a written agreement.

Know the boundaries.
Make an informed decision.

No approved investment range, royalty, exclusive territory or return projection is published. Partner suitability and premises must be assessed individually.

Cambridge registration, resource access and branding arrangements must be established for each centre. They do not follow automatically from a TRICEF partnership.

Tell us about your idea.

Include your name, location, premises availability, approximate area, budget and intended launch period. The initial proposed geographical focus is Tamil Nadu.

DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE DESIGN

Build the centre around a credible operating plan.

The local case

Map the families you expect to serve, travel routes, nearby provision and realistic enrolment assumptions. Distinguish expressions of interest from paid enrolments when assessing demand.

The people plan

Consider recruitment, educator induction, supervision, staff absence and leadership time. A model that works only with every staff member present every day needs a stronger contingency plan.

The premises plan

Assess access, toilets, ventilation, safe circulation, activity space and permissions with qualified local advisers. Approximate floor-area guidance is not a substitute for a site assessment or required approvals.

The financial plan

Separate initial setup, recurring costs, working capital and a contingency reserve. Review written responsibilities for fees, royalties, materials, marketing, training and maintenance. Obtain independent advice before committing.

Prepare for a productive first discussion

  • Your name, background and proposed level of involvement.
  • Locality, premises status, approximate usable area and access.
  • Available investment and working-capital assumptions.
  • Desired opening period and reasons for choosing early education.
  • Questions about territory, training, quality review and the agreement.

The website invites exploratory enquiries. It does not grant franchise rights, approve a location or offer an investment product.

YOUR QUESTIONS, THOUGHTFULLY ANSWERED

Useful to know.

Where are partnership enquiries being considered?

The initial proposed focus is Tamil Nadu. Location suitability is assessed individually.

Who is the proposed partner profile?

An education-minded entrepreneur who will actively oversee centre operations and family relationships.

What is the investment or franchise fee?

No approved investment range, fee or royalty is published. These require a costed operating model and written commercial proposal.

What space is proposed?

The planning preference is accessible ground-floor premises of approximately 1,500–2,500 square feet with suitable activity and play space. This is not an approval of any particular site.

Is an exclusive territory guaranteed?

No. Territory terms must be explicitly agreed in a written contract.

What support would TRICEF provide?

The proposed model includes brand standards, setup guidance, planning, induction and reviews. Scope, frequency, responsibilities and charges must be defined before commitment.

Do you guarantee profits or enrolment?

No. Performance depends on local demand, costs, execution and other factors. No return or enrolment guarantee is offered.

Will each centre automatically have Cambridge registration?

No. Registration, programme access and permitted branding must be established for each centre; they should not be assumed to transfer from another centre.

Can I pay a booking amount through this site?

No payment is collected here. Complete qualification, due diligence and the written agreement process before any authorised payment.

How do I start a discussion?

Share your name, proposed location, premises availability, approximate space, budget and intended launch period through the enquiry route.
